Command	Permission	Description
/gifts (target)	gifts.use	Sends a gift to the target.
/gifts collect	gifts.use	Collects the uncollected gifts.
/gifts random	gifts.use	Sends a gift to a random player.
/gifts reload	gifts.reload	Reloads the plugin.

gifts.daily.(number)	Can set a player's daily limit.
